Mitch Gibbs Watercolor St. Thomas. Professionally framed and double matted.. In frame 16"x18"x1". Weight 3 lbs 7 oz. Mitch has lived and painted in the Virgin Islands for over 13 years. He attributes much of his success to relocating to St. John and eventually St. Thomas, after graduating with honors from York Academy of Arts in York, Pennsylvania.
