A Large Antique Chinese Martaban Jar in a Cizhou Style with a mustard yellow glaze on a brown ground. Made in the kilns of southern China and from the Khmer Kingdom of Cambodia, martaban jars have been used for centuries for the transport of goods. Most martaban jars were passed down through generations as cherished heirlooms. Measures 20"x20"x31". Provenance: A Private Daniel Island Estate
