Description
2 Navajo Sandpaintings. The first is a trinket box featuring a female rainbow in Monument Valley signed by artist Darlene Johnson. Darlene Johnson is a very popular Navajo sand painter who is currently featured in Penfield Gallery of Indian Artists. The second piece is a stand alone sandpainting featuring the Navajo depiction of the moon by Emerson Becenti and includes a note from the artist on the back. The trinket box measures 7.5" x 7.5" and 3.5" in height. The sandpainting measures 8.5" in height and 10" in width. The total lot weight is 2 lbs 7 ounces.
