Pair of antique beautifully carved, seated walnut newel post lions that were used to support a bar in the large and imposing Hotel Sinton, once a well known landmark in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The hotel was built in 1907 and demolished in 1967. Glass eyes, 1 missing a glass eye. 12"x12"x35". Weight approximately 70 pds.
Condition: good, 1 lion missing an eye
