Description
Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate Inkstand, circa 1780 – 1800. Features a pierced gallery and pierced bottle holders, two ink bottles and a central taperstick holder with compartment for sealing wax. Raised on four curved feet with a securing pin to the underside. Beaded decoration throughout. 9"x5.5"x4.5". Weight 1 lb 10 oz. Unmarked.
Condition: good, need a polish
