Description
Antique Pine Saddle Horse, Saddle Rack. A wonderful rare Victorian pine saddle horse. The saddle rack is with an angled triangular hinged top which will open to use as a work surface. The base has one drawer and one cabinet. This is a very similar saddle horse to one that Musgrave & Co Ltd produced, The ends on this rack fold down so there is a flat surface to work on. The original purpose of a saddle horse was for cleaning, storing and repairing horse tack. Today this would work well as a desk or in a kitchen area as extra workspace and storage. Measures 23.5" deep 25" wide" and 42" tall. 48" opened.
