Framed Signed Elizabeth O’Neill Verner Print, title is "Blue Baby". Elizabeth O’Neill Verner (1883-1979) is one of South Carolina’s most famous artists, she produced numerous works recording the people and scenes of her native state, which today are internationally recognized and collected as a quintessential vision of Southern life. This piece measures 13.75" x 12" and weighs 1 lb 11 oz. Purchased at the Tradd Street Press. The Elizabeth O’Neill Verner Gallery, in Charleston, SC, was founded at 38 Tradd Street in 1938 by the noted Charleston artist, Elizabeth O’Neill Verner. Verner called it "The Tradd Street Press" as she had her etching press installed in the back room, which also served as her studio.
