Large framed mixed media serigraph on canvas "Dinner for Four" by Markus Pierson, signed in silver pen. Measures 30 1/2"x38"x1". Weight 14 lbs. Markus Pierson was born in 1961 in Grand Ledge, Michigan. In his adult life, he worked as an accountant until 1985, when a near-fatal encounter with Crohn?s Disease led him to finally pursue his artistic career. Pierson was deeply inspired by the Joni Mitchell song ?Coyote?, and utilized that motif of within his artwork. Coyote imagery soon became his signature. Pierson?s work is featured in galleries and collections both nationally and internationally. Purchased and framed at the Merrill Chase Gallery, Chicago.
