Description
A brilliant 1920’s hand painted Bohemian leaded crystal celery dish, featuring a base 16 point star, an upper palm leaf band + a wonderful fine saw-tooth rim. This Bohemian crystal treasure supports a dynamic 6-7 second finger ring tone, verifying the quality of the crystal. The finished hand painted artistry features precise deep gilded accenting, including fantastic lattice medallions, and traditional pancake enamel florals. This jewel is post WW I, but is also years before the 1930’s, making our date between 1920 & 1925. Our prominent celery sits 13.25" x 5" x 2.5" high, weighs an impressive 4 pounds 6 oz. and is in wonderful condition. Provenance: A private Kiawah estate. **In house shipping available on this lot**
