Meiji Period Kutani Hand Painted Teapot and Footed Bowl. Both with Mark for Kutani Watano Sei. Meiji (1868-1912) period. Watano was very famous during the Meiji period with export offices in the port towns of Kobe and Yokohama Teapot measures 7.5" x 8" x 4.5" and dish measures 4" x 7.75" x 6.5". Total lot weight is 2 lbs 10 oz.
